Aftercare

You are likely to feel very relaxed after a wellness treatment, the first thing I would recommend is to drink plenty of fluids to flush away any toxins that have been released during the treatment. Equally, it’s really important to listen to your body- if you feel energised then go for a walk in the sunshine and fresh air, if you feel relaxed then you could go home for a snooze or a long bath, luxuriating in that feeling a little bit longer.

 

Some people have emotional releases too, and feel a little tearful after treatments because of the release of tension. It’s a good idea not to arrange anything too demanding after your treatment. It’s better to have a session when you have a day off or at the end of the day if you can.
